Getting startedHow do I start using PTset for my center?
Create an owner account, activate it with the code sent to your e-mail, choose a plan (you can start with the free plan), then add your center: its name, its link (ptset.com/yourcenter), a logo and a phone number.

Services and their prices, then your therapists and staff, then your cases. After that you can book the first session. The Overview page shows a checklist for every new center.
Getting startedCan I manage several branches?
Yes. Each branch is a separate center with its own data and link. The Overview page compares all your branches: sessions, attendance, payments and staff.
Logging inHow do my staff log in?
They open your center’s link (ptset.com/yourcenter) and log in with the account you created for them. You can print a QR poster of the link from My centers.
Logging inI work at a center. Where do I log in?
Not on the owner login. Use your center’s own link, or search for your center on the home page.
Logging inI forgot my owner password.
Use "Forgot it?" on the owner login page. We e-mail you a link that works once, within 24 hours. Check the Spam / Junk folder too.
Logging inThe activation code did not arrive.
Wait a minute and check the Spam / Junk folder. On the activation page, "Send a new code" sends another one (once a minute).
Plans & billingHow do I pay for a plan?
Paid plans are monthly PayPal subscriptions; you can pay with a bank card. Your plan is activated as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.

Account & billing shows your plan, how much of it you use across your centers, the renewal date and every payment.
Data & privacyIs my center’s data separate from other centers?
Yes. Every center has its own database. Inside the center, each role (admin, moderator, secretary, therapist, case) sees only what its privileges allow.
Data & privacyCan a deleted session be restored?
Yes. Deleted sessions go to the recycle bin inside the center, and changes to sessions are kept in their history.
