Billing questions
How do I pay?
With PayPal: a subscription that renews by itself every month (or every year), with a bank card or a PayPal balance; you do not need a PayPal account to use a card. With InstaPay: you transfer the amount in Egyptian pounds for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, send us the screenshot from the checkout page, and we confirm it within a few working hours. Every payment gets a numbered PTset receipt in Account & billing.
Can I stop the automatic renewal?
Yes, any time from Account & billing, with one click. Nothing more is charged, and your plan stays until the end of the period already paid. Your data stays safe after that, and you can renew at any time.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from this page. Your centers and data stay exactly as they are.
Is my data backed up? Can I take it with me?
Yes. On every plan you can export your data to Excel any time from Data & backups. The plans that include it (see Compare plans above) also save last month's data in one Excel file on the first days of each month and e-mail you the link, and copy the whole database of your center on our servers every night (the last 14 nights are kept) and every week (the last 4 weeks are kept). And whenever you want everything of a center - every case with its files and evaluations as PDF, sessions, money and staff - order the full data export from your console: the first one of each center is free, then $100 each.
What counts as an active user?
Any staff member or case whose account is switched on in your center. Accounts you deactivate do not count.
Do you offer yearly billing or payment in Egyptian pounds?
Yes. With InstaPay you pay in Egyptian pounds, and 12 months cost the price of 10. For anything else, talk to us on WhatsApp and we will help you with the best option for your center. WhatsApp
