Your center gets its own link, like ptset.com/yourcenter. Staff open it and log in with the account you create for them.
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. Privileges are set per role — admin, moderator, secretary, therapist and case — and can be adjusted by the center admin.
Can I manage more than one center?
Yes. One owner account can hold several centers, each with its own data and link, depending on your plan.
How do I start?

Do I need a server or special computer at the center?
Not with cloud software. Any device with a browser and an internet connection works.
How long does switching to new software take?
It depends on how much data you have, but with structured training most centers are working in it within a few days.
Should I turn on every feature at once?
